They're still trying to convince me to bring Sir Wanklestein to school. The answer is no. Never. EVER.

On a lighter note, this summer has been really productive. I'm actually going to miss my job, but to be honest the pay isn't a lot. Maybe next year once I finish off with school I'll be able to get a better-paying one. Hmm.

Hexed Private to Peter, Bruce, Marty, and Nick.

Sorry! I know I shouldn't be disrupting your Potter Day with this but I have a brilliant idea.

Would any of you be interested in going out with Beth on a date? At least it'll only be one date and because all of you are fantastic she'll crush on one of you and then forget about Eric and THEN my brain can stop being disturbed by everything Nick, you're not allowed to She's nice, smart, her family's well-reputable and she's pretty. What's there not to like?

I was just told that apparently I'm going to spend all day of Potter Day helping customers get as much candy as they can. JOY TO THE WORLD!

If I wanted to make a good list, I'd make a list of things I want to buy.

But I don't think I'll ever finish it.

My sister Grace and her very quiet (I am not even kidding. All he does is smile, and when he has something to say I have to tell him to repeat it because he has a very low voice) boyfriend Theo (not Nott! Ha, that sounds funny) came to visit me when my shift was about to end yesterday. They were stopping by from their walk in Hogsmeade, and were taking pictures of the sceneries because both of them brought their cameras along. I suppose Hogsmeade is quite pretty during this time of the year.

They took pictures of the sweets in Honeydukes, and the pictures came out really well!

They're colourful, aren't they? If you look at them for a long time, the colours will swirl around and then you'll get a headache. That happens to me anyway!

More candy!

We get a lot of children in Honeydukes. Sometimes it feels like a nursery. A very loud nursery where they would yell "BUT I WANT IT!!!" every two minutes.

Two more pictures! )

Hello, new addition to the Hooper household.

Does anyone here know how long a kitten can survive outside in the snow?

Anyway, I'm having fun at Honeyduke's so far. It's a bit boring sometimes, but my employers are super nice people and they're always willing to answer my questions. Mrs. Flume even gave me free sweets, which was ace of her to do so. The owners are both really old (they have their children to help them, though!), and they're such a sweet couple. The customers that come over are usually parents with their kids. I rarely see teenagers around, or anyone that I know from Hogwarts, so if you would like to come and buy something please do, especially since we're having a 40% sale tomorrow!

We had a small event for children yesterday. Everyone sat down in a circle and Mr. Flume started telling them stories. It was so much fun, and the kids got to wear party hats. They almost wanted to get a Christmas tree, but it's not exactly the right season to put one up.

It's a bit boring to realise that I'm working so near Hogwarts, though. It makes summer less fun, in a way, because the castle is nearby and when I look at it I would think "... School. Damn it." which is not a fun thought at all.

And that's all that is going on in my life right now.

Would you MIND telling your girlfriend and the rest of her cronies that I have NO INTENTION of stealing you away? Because having a HOWLER in the house SCREAMING that I am a boyfriend-stealer and THREATENING to break my legs, cut off the rest of my hair and 'RUIN YOUR SOCIAL LIFE FOREVER THAT YOU WILL WONDER WHETHER IT EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE' isn't exactly what I need right now.

That was an awesome party! I had lots of fun. Luckily I didn't get too drunk by the time I got back, so I didn't get into trouble. I think Grace knows, though. She's been grilling me since last night

Now I wish I didn't sell that cat. Spending the weekend listening to stories about OTHER cats and having to be SURROUNDED by them is awful. AWFUL.

And Dad is seriously depressed. Gosh

Brilliant! I made 250 pounds today from selling Business Cat. Muggles are amazing when it comes to buying well-groomed and well trained cats.

Things that I still need to buy:

- Ninja outfits (Bruce, do you still want one? This was much, much easier!)
- A kaleidoscope, because I've never had one.

Things I've already bought, an hour after getting the money )

I have the best timing ever. Apparently my favourite Muggle stores had a 50% - 70% sale going on and I would have nearly bought the whole store if it wasn't for the fact that I have other things to buy too!

Now I just need to hide my stuff.

But on a sadder note, my Dad's favourite cat got eaten by a vicious dog. It's really sad. We couldn't even find his body parts.

Things to look forward to when I get home:

Her name is Lady Lemonkisses. UGH. I bet she's as bad as Mr. Tinywibbles. I don't even know which one is Mr. Tinywibbles any more, but he's probably the Siamese Bridget's fond of.

WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE MY BED?

Solution: Besides packing them all in a box and sending them to Timbuktu? Get a summer job.
